Billing Policy

1. Overview of Subscription Management
This Billing Policy applies to all subscription-based services offered through the One Fitness App, including subscriptions made via Apple (iTunes), Google, and directly through the One Fitness website. It outlines the processes for subscription renewal, cancellation, adjustments, and refunds.
2. Subscription Renewal
- a. Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions to One Fitness services are set to renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. This renewal will occur at the end of each billing period unless you cancel the subscription in accordance with these terms.
- b. Notification: We will attempt to notify you before each renewal to provide transparency and control over your subscription.
3. Cancellation Process
- a. Apple iTunes Subscriptions: If you subscribed through Apple iTunes, cancellation must be done through your iTunes account. Please follow the steps provided by Apple Support: Apple Support Link.
- b. Google Subscriptions: For subscriptions made through Google, you must cancel through your Google subscriptions page: Google Support Link.
- c. Website Subscriptions: To cancel a subscription made directly through the One Fitness website, follow these steps:

- Click on 'Cancel' to initiate the cancellation process.
- d. Cancellation Timeline: To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4. Access Post-Cancellation
Post-cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription services until the end of the current billing period.
5. Subscription Adjustments
- a. Upgrade/Downgrade: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time via your account settings.
- b. Proration and Adjustments: Upon changing your subscription, a prorated adjustment will be calculated, and any additional payment due will be processed.
6. Credit and Unused Services
- a. Account Credit: Any unused credit or service time will be retained in your account and automatically applied to future payments.
- b. Refund Policy: Please be aware that all sales are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
7. Billing Discrepancies and Queries

8. Modifications to Billing Policy
